Membership benefits

Connecting the waterproofing industry is not only our claim. Our mission is to bring this approach to life. This is reflected in various ways. In our strong network we aim to represent the interests of our members to others, to promote communication among them, to support them in finding specific solutions to comply with the high requirements of the market in terms of quality, durability, health and safety and to develop measures to promote the industry.
Here at Waterproofing Europe, we support our industry by representing the branch towards
  • The European Commission 
    ​We are involved in different expert groups concerning standardization work (e.g. CEN TC 254, TC 127, TC 128, TC 350, TC 351, TC 189) and aim to support our members by monitoring all European measurements that could affect our industry.
  • Group of Notified Bodies
  • Health and safety institutes/authorities
 
In addition, we see ourselves as the technical platform for our industry and provide for example
  • Branch EPDs for roof waterproofing membranes or roof underlays
  • Access to the Waterproofing Europe EPD tool for an individual EPD calculation for different waterproofing products
  • Regular communication with other associations important for our industry
    ​(e.g. CPE Construction Products Europe, Eurobitume)
